Bialetti Moka Pot (3-cup)
Freshly roasted coffee

Brewing Method
Fill the bottom chamber with hot water up to the safety valve.
Add 18g of freshly ground coffee to the filter basket.
Level the coffee without tamping.
Assemble the Moka Pot securely.
Place on medium-low heat with the lid open.
When coffee begins flowing into the upper chamber, reduce heat if necessary.
Remove from heat once the flow becomes light and starts to sputter.
Stir the brewed coffee in the upper chamber and serve immediately.
