V60 Pour Over
The V60 Pour Over is a classic filter brewing method that produces a clean, bright and well-balanced cup. This brewing style highlights the coffee’s natural sweetness, delicate acidity and unique flavour characteristics.
For the best results, we recommend using high-quality single-origin coffees such as Ethiopia, Kenya or Guatemala. Each origin offers a distinctive profile, from floral and fruity notes to rich chocolate and caramel sweetness.

Recommended Recipe
- Coffee: 16g
- Water: 250ml
- Temperature: 93°C
- Brew Time: 2:30–3:30 min
- Ratio: 1:15–1:16

Brewing Method
- Rinse the paper filter with hot water and discard the rinse water.
- Add 16g of freshly ground coffee to the filter.
- Pour 40g of water and allow the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds.
- Continue pouring slowly in circular motions until reaching 250g total water.
- Allow the water to drain completely. Total brew time should be between 2:30 and 3:30 minutes.
- Swirl the server gently and enjoy.
